for communication scholars and educators who are interested
in examining the ICT planning and policymaking process.
The book is organized into four parts: Chapter One,
Information and Communication Policies and Plans begins
with a review of the need for a comprehensive communication
policy and recommends a possible framework for such;
Chapter Two, Socio-Cultural and Ethical Aspects of ICT
discusses issues which are often ignored in communication
policy making and planning; Chapter Three discusses
the Political and Legal Aspects of Information and Communication
Technology and the last, Chapter Four is about Information
and Communication Technology in the Philippine Education.
