Young marketing professionals go through the rigors of Facing The Media
Who's afraid of the media? Not us, say 21 fashion stylists, brand and marketing associates, and PROs of Primer Group of Companies who gave up their weekend on February 17-18 to learn about the nuances of media relations and media skills. Primer is the Philippine distributor of brands such as Sanuk, North Face, and JanSports, among others.
The training course engaged the participants in media relations techniques, crafting key messages, managing difficult questions, and handling press conferences, among others. The dynamic resource persons were Inquirer Magazine editor Pennie Azarcon-de la Cruz, former GMA officer Rod Cornejo, and media/crisis communication consultant Carolyn E. Espiritu.
