Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)
 
 

Description: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Program is a training course that uses the non-traditional method of teaching English without the need to speak the student’s language. It uses creative methodologies which directly engage students in the learning process.

The TESOL Program teaches English by module based on the level of English knowledge or capability of the student. Each module runs for one month, depending on the student’s learning pace.

Module 1:  Me and the World around Me
Using present tense statements for personal information

 
 

Module 2: Outside the Home
Transacting simple business using possessive pronouns, demonstrative adjectives and pronouns

 
 

Module 3:  Entertainment
Using object pronouns and prepositions in describing likes and dislikes; learning more about question intonation

 
 

Module 4:  People Around me
Describing people with Wh- and Yes/No questions with do/does

 
 

Module 5:  Play and leisure
Learning about adverbs of frequency and the reduced form of do for describing activities
