Dy has been active in consultancy projects in
research and development programs. She prepared
the research framework and instruments for the
evaluation of the lEMSD-sponsored radio programs:
education symposia on sustainable development
and Philippine Agenda 21, training of trainors
on sustainable development; designed research
methodologies and instruments for the readership
survey of NEDA publications prepares project
proposals, manages and provides quality control
to some projects, helps in marketing services
and products, plans and implements community
outreach and research activities; planned, wrote,
edited, and supervised the production of publications,
strengthened the research utilization activities
of the department of agriculture, conceptualized
training programs and wrote development-oriented
stories, literary pieces and how-to stories
besides facilitating and working as resource
person and speaker during training programs.
Dr.
Dy has written more than 1000 articles published
in community, regional, national and international
publications like the Evening Port, Daily Express,
Times Journal, Bulletin Today. Business Day,
Midland Courier, Asian Farms and Gardens, CARD
News, Tribune, Financial Times, Malaya, Agriscope,
ILARDEC, to name a few.
Among
the books, casebooks and handbooks she has authored
